Dan Williams

President

Dan is the President and Owner of Williams Insurance Agency located in Bradford, PA. Dan is intimately involved in our community. One of Dan’s primary focus points is Project Serve, which fills various needs in our community, particularly by assisting unchurched residents with various projects such as moving, repair and other activites in an effort to spread the love of Christ.

Lisa Minich

Treasurer

Lisa is the Vice President of Operation at KOA Speer Electronics. Lisa has more than 15 years of experience in campaigning. Lisa has served as Campaign Chair multiple years for both the Bradford United Way and Bradford YMCA Annual Campaign’s where she exceeded campaign goals to set records for total gifts for both organizations. Lisa has been given both the United Way Red Feather Award and YMCA Volunteer of the Year award for her efforts.  

Chuck Knowlton

Secretary

Chuck is the Owner of Knowlton’s Personal Fitness. Chuck and his wife Beverly have been involved in service driven missions in our community for the past 20 years.

Mike McAvoy, Pastor

Spiritual Counsel

Mike is the Pastor of Open Arms Community Church. Mike has been Pastor at our Bradford location for 15 years. He and his wife Marne have worked diligently to serve the Lord through their many outreach efforts in our Bradford community.

Tina Phillips

Operations Manager (Gratitude House)

Tina is responsible for the effective and consistent implementation of all NOS policies and procedures in the Gratitude House. Tina and her team work with House Manager and residents to ensure a safe and secure living environment to all that participate in our program. Tina and her Husband Dale are active members of Open Arms Community Church and are long time business owners and contributors to our Bradford community.

Rich Ingles

Director of Operations

Rich is a long time resident of Salamanca NY and brings many years of experience as an Officer in the Salvation Army. Rich is tasked with bringing operational excellence to our Homes by facilitating the development and continuance of procedures and guidelines in an effort to maintain a safe and transparent living experience to all involved. Rich and his Wife own and Operate the Salamanca Community Foundation where he provides items to those in need. 

Donnie Hayden

Board Member

Donnie and his wife Sarah and family are lifelong area residents. Donnie is an active member of the Project Serve ministry. Donnie’s background includes experience in working with others in active addiction and recovery.

Matt Maholic

Trustee / Operations Manager (Surr’enity House)

Matt was born and raised in our Braford community. Matt has been steadfast in his assistance with recovery efforts in our community for the past few years. Matt dedicates his time to being deeply invested in our residents lives through his own recovery journey. Matt is tasked with supporting our House Managers in efficient and effective operations, backup, support and enforcement of our rules and regulations.
